RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Buy online and return online only

Please note that any product bought on the online portal can be returned ONLY via the online channel and NOT at any physical Mom & Me store. Similarly any product bought in the physical store is returnable only at the physical location and not on the online portal.

Return of an incorrect product delivery

If you are delivered an incorrect product (including exchange of a product for wrong colour or size) please inform us within 24 hours and we will replace the product at the earliest at no extra cost to you at all. The return courier cost will also be borne by us. However, we reserve the right to pay you back in case there are no stocks left of the ordered item by the time of return.

Returns policy

All returns must be unused, unwashed, and in the state you received them and in the original packaging (even if open).

We have a 5 day return policy - no questions asked - on all items not marked as "non returnable". However, if the original packaging is discarded or the price tags and other information booklets (if any) are tampered with, we will not be able to take the products back.

Refund policy

Products marked as "non returnable" will not be taken back due to hygiene reasons. For others, the refund process will be initiated within 24 hours of you informing us via email. No goods will be received without this confirmation from your end. While returning the product, please ensure that the item is re-packed properly in its original packaging, along with the price tags and other information details (if any). Once we receive the product at our warehouse, Mom & Me reserves the right to determine the condition and re-saleability of the product. The same shall be binding on both parties. Once, the product to be refunded is inspected at our end and the saleability is established, we will refund the payment minus the courier charges. Typically refunds are processed in less than 10 working days.

Return of a defective product

If a product is found to be defective on use, please contact us and we will be more than happy to replace it free of cost for you.
