SHIPPING POLICY

Mom & Me ships to almost all parts of India. We are committed to delivering orders in about 3-10 days depending on your location. For certain remote cities, the delivery time may exceed 10 days.

Orders placed after 3:00 pm IST on any day will be processed the next day. We ship 6 days a week. We do not process orders on Sundays and on national holidays.

To ensure a quick and hassle free delivery, please provide the complete address including details of pin code, city, state, etc.

Shipping & COD charges

Shipping charges are charged at Rs. 100 for order amounts below Rs. 500. Shipping is free for all order values above Rs. 500.

We offer cash on delivery service in select locations.

International delivery

Currently we do not deliver to locations outside India.

No hidden costs (Sales tax, Octroi, etc.)

Our prices are all inclusive and there are no hidden costs or extra taxes. What you pay at checkout is the final price.

Damage on delivery

If the product does not reach you in a good condition or if the package is damaged, please refuse to take delivery of the order and call us immediately mentioning your order reference number. We will replace the product free of cost. However, if you want to opt for a refund, refer to our refund policy.

Non-availability on delivery

In case of non-availability on delivery, we will call you on the provided telephone number to re-deliver it at a convenient time. In case of non-availability again, we will consider the product as a return, and will refund your payment after deducting shipping charges.

Others

• Once your product has been shipped, shipping confirmation via e-mail shall be sent to you.
• If we are unable to process your order within 7 days due to some unforeseen circumstances, we shall cancel the order, and send an email to you on the same. In such a case, your payment shall be refunded.
• At times, when your order contains multiple items, it may be necessary to send your items in separate shipments to ensure that you receive them in a timely manner.
